Place 1 tablespoon of orange blossom honey at the bottom of your favorite glass or mug.
Pour the steamed milk over the honey, allowing the warmth to help dissolve it.
Prepare a 25 ml shot of espresso using your preferred method.
Gently pour the espresso through the milk foam into the glass. This technique creates a beautiful layering effect and ensures a harmonious blend of flavors.
Serve with a spoon, so you can stir in the honey to your desired sweetness before sipping.
