  • 75 ml milk
  • 150 ml egg liqueur

Notes

Here are some brewing tips:
For the boldest espresso, a high-quality espresso machine is ideal. However, a moka pot or an AeroPress can also deliver excellent results.
If you’re feeling adventurous, try experimenting with single-origin beans to enhance the flavor complexity of the drink. The rich, chocolatey notes of beans from South America or the fruity acidity of African beans can elevate your egg latte to new heights.

Why stop at one recipe? Here are a few variations to try:
Spiced Egg Latte: Add a pinch of cinnamon and ginger to the liqueur for a festive twist.
Decaf Delight: Use decaffeinated espresso for a soothing evening treat.
Dairy-Free Option: Swap regular milk for almond or oat milk to cater to dietary preferences.
