Passionfruit-Coffee Truffles
Ingredients
- 100 ml of whipped cream
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 teaspoons of instant coffee
- 130 gr of dark chocolate
- 1 passionfruit
- unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions
1)Â To make the passionfruit-coffee truffles, we will prepare the whipped cream with salt and instant coffee (or ground coffee, which we grind in a mortar) in a small saucepan over medium heat.
2)Â We break the minimum 60% dark chocolate into small pieces in a plastic bowl. (Smaller better.)
3)Â Once the cream has come to a boil, we remove it from the heat and carefully pour it over the measured chocolate. We then whisk it until we have a completely homogeneous cream. After that, we add the passionfruit and mix it in.
4)Â We place it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour so that it becomes moldable. Then, with wet hands, we form balls from the mixture and roll each one in cocoa powder.
Serving
With the above listed quantities you can make app. 20 truffle balls.
