Coffee Panna Cotta
Ingredients
- 2 gelatin sheets
- 1 vanilla bean
- 200 ml of whipped cream
- 50 gr of dark chocolate (coffee-flavored if possible)
- 50 ml of brewed espresso
- coffee beans

Instructions
1) We soak the gelatin sheets in cold water. We cut the vanilla bean lengthwise and scoop out the inside. We break or cut the chocolate into small pieces.
2) We pour the cream into a small saucepan. We add instant coffee, the chopped chocolate, and the vanilla bean with its extracted pulp, then bring it to a boil. We remove the vanilla bean.
3) We squeeze out the gelatin, add it to the hot cream mixture, and stir until dissolved. We pour the cream into cold water-rinsed molds and refrigerate it overnight, or at least for 4 hours.
4) The next day, we submerge the molds in hot water, then loosen the cream with a knife and pour it onto a dessert plate. We garnish with chocolate coffee beans and serve.
Serving
You can also decorate the dessert with chocolate-covered coffee beans. Melt a small amount of chocolate in a water bath, add coffee beans, mix well with a fork, then spread it onto aluminum foil and let it solidify. The coffee beans are edible and less hard than a sugar cube.
