1) We separate the eggs, whip the whites with a pinch of salt until stiff, and set them aside.

2) We whip the egg yolks with sugar, then carefully fold them into the whipped whites.

3) We grind the nuts, breadcrumbs, coffee, and cocoa in a food processor, then add them to the egg mixture in several parts.

4) We pour the mixture into a greased and floured kugelhopf mold, and bake it at 180°C for about 25 minutes, then let it cool briefly.

Serving

We remove the cake from the mold, dust it with powdered sugar, and serve.
