As the sun dips below the horizon, casting a warm orange glow over the room, we gather around the table, our hearts filled with love and our bellies rumbling with anticipation. The air is filled with the sweet aroma of freshly baked Cappuccino muffins, and we can’t help but feel a sense of excitement and gratitude as we take our first bites. The tender crumb and rich flavors of the muffins melt in our mouths, transporting us to a world of pure bliss. As we savor each bite, we are reminded of the simple joys in life, and the love that we share with one another.
Cappuccino Muffin
Ingredients
- 250 gr of flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 2 teaspoons of baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 150 gr of sugar
- 150 gr of butter
- 1 tabespoon of cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon of instant coffee
- 3 tablespoons of instant cappuccino powder
- 1 coffee spoon of ground cinnamon
- 150 ml of milk

Instructions
1) We preheat the oven to 180°C / 356°F.
2) We mix the flour in a bowl with the baking powder, baking soda, sugar, coffee, cappuccino powder, and cinnamon.
3) We soften the butter in the microwave. We add the egg and milk. After a brief mixing, we fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
4) We prepare the muffin tin (if necessary, greasing or lining with muffin paper) and fill the tins 2/3 full with the batter.
5) Before baking, we can sprinkle a little instant coffee on top of some of the muffins to achieve an even more coffee-flavored result.
Serving
We bake the muffins for 25 minutes, then let them cool and remove them from the muffin tin.
