Instructions

A) Steam 150 ml of milk with 1 teaspoon of orange blossom water in a milk frother to 60-65°C / 140-149°F. (Or until the bottom of the frother is too hot to touch.) Let’s try to create a 1 cm layer of foam.

B) Place 1 tablespoon of orange blossom honey at the bottom of a glass, then pour the steamed milk over it.

C) Brew one shot (25 ml) of espresso into a carafe. Pour the espresso through the milk foam into the glass.

Serving

Serve with a spoon so you can stir in the honey later.
